The French name for a Christmas cake shaped like a log. Just in time for your holiday dinner. Basically a jelly roll, we can keep it simple or go all out making everything from meringue mushrooms to chocolate bark.

Cooking Classes are held from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, all classes include recipes, instructions, and the food items that you make. Pastry Classes are held from 11 am - 1 pm, maximum class size is 6 people (unless otherwise approved).
